General provisions

1. The use of the offer by JEANS STORE is governed by document below, hereinafter referred to as “Regulations”.

PLACING ORDERS

3. JEANS STORE online store sells goods on the Internet.

4. Orders are accepted via www.jeansstore.com website, phone or e-mail. Following the placement of order the customer shall receive an e-mail with information on order acceptance. Processing of order starts after its placement.

5. All prices of products are shown in EUR, GBP, PLN, SEK, BGN, RON, CZK, HUF, LTL, EEK, DKK, LVL, as selected by customer. Prices include VAT.

6. The specification is enclosed with each shipment. When purchasing for business purposes please indicate in comment window your request for the invoice or send the same request to the following address: info@jeansstore.com

7. Customer is entitled to cancel the order or to modify the order, until it is sent, at the following address: info@jeansstore.com

8. As of the present all orders are delivered by UPS or DPD messenger services.

Delivery date
All orders are completed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time in all UE Member States is 2-4 business days.

9. Customer can select from the following payment methods:
- credit card payment: processed by eCard or Moneybookers;
- wire transfer to the store bank account or store account in PayPal and Moneybookers;
- e-transfer

10. Personal data provided in forms are stored and processed to the extent as permitted by customer and in accordance with requirements imposed by EU legislation.

11. The store reserves the right to change prices and descriptions of offered goods and expand the offer by new goods. Price of goods subject to order is binding and not subject to change. The cost of each order is increased by delivery cost.

Complaints and returns

12. Complaints.
All goods available in the store are original and new and covered by manufacturer's guarantee. The store accepts customer complaints in cases of goods being inconsistent with the agreement. Goods subject to complaint should be sent to the following address:

Shipment costs of goods subject to complaint are reimbursed immediately following the receipt of the shipment and investigation of the complaint. Defective goods shall be exchanged with goods free from defects, and should that prove not possible (e.g. goods are out of stock), the store shall refund the full purchase price to customer or offer customer some other goods available in store. In case of visible damage please unpack the shipment in the presence of the messenger, and in case of observing damage to product please procure a damage report.

13. Returns.
Customer is entitled to return the product purchased in our store, without stating reasons, within 14 days following the receipt of shipment. Returned products should not be worn, with original tags and marking, safely packed. The store guarantees refund of the purchase price. Purchase price shall be refunded via wire transfer into the bank account or credit card account as indicated by customer. Costs of delivery and sending back the goods are non-refundable. Purchase price shall be refunded within 7 days, and in the absence of information concerning refund or exchange the refund shall be completed within 3 business days after the receipt of additional notification from customer. In the absence of information concerning returned shipment the refund shall be completed after the clarification of situation, within the maximum period of 15 days.
